  1. Unlimited telephone support Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00 (Eastern Standard Time).  Customers on support will receive primary consideration over the pay-per-call customers

  2. Software upgrades costing thousands of dollars per year are available at no charge.

  3. All purchases of software, and training (electronic, in-house, or on-site) are offered at discounted prices.  All new video trainings are offered only to support customers (free of charge).

  4. Requests for software enhancements and changes may be submitted for review and consideration.

  5. Thirty day billing privileges for purchase of merchandise and services.  (Non-support is C.O.D terms only.)

  6. Access to downloads, (updates, support, and additional enhancements) is available at WWW.WALLACE1.com for support customers only.

  7. Many new features have been added to our software such as ODBC, Archive module, Time Clock, laser invoices and more, available to support customers only.

  8. Web design support for E-commerce business

  9. Windows 2000, Windows XP, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Intro to computers are all classes offered to our support customers at discounted prices, Call for more information.

Annual Support
Billed on an annual basis

Pay for 10 months and receive 2 FREE
 
Monthly Support
Billed on a monthly basis
Payment required each month in order to maintain support
 

Pay-per-call Support
Valid credit card required to be charged per call
Pay-per-call rate is $125.00 p/hr (Minimum charge of $65)

Hourly rate, rounded up to the nearest 1/2 hour.

   (i.e. 15 min. call = 1/2-hour charge, 65 min. call = 1 1/2-hour charge)

Charges are based on the total time allocated to solving an issue - not

   just the call time itself.
