Valid credit card required to be
charged per call
Pay-per-call rate is $125.00 p/hr (Minimum charge of $65)
Hourly rate, rounded up to the nearest 1/2 hour.
(i.e. 15
min. call = 1/2-hour charge, 65 min. call = 1 1/2-hour charge)
Charges are based on the total
time allocated to solving an issue - not
just the call
time itself. |
